During the course of this evening I was reading tweets and creating things while IM-ing a bunch of people. You know, the usual.

Rachel had a freakout when she told me her Firefox needed to be Force Quit due to a Rick Roll. A Rick Roll? Embedded on YouGotRickRolled.com or just on Viddler?

Apparently I’d never been truly Rick Rolled. A true Rick Roll is having the video play after the website resizes your browser window and continues popping up more windows quicker than the browser can handle. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of. A Rick Roll is funny. That is not!

The Rick Roller was @princessleah7x. She tweeted the following:

“Soo I haven’t been on twitter. Did anyone notice? - http://poprl.com/F… [blog post]”

Permalink to the tweet <— Do not click the poprl link inside that tweet. Otherwise your browser WILL crash.

I probably would have fallen for the prank if Rachel hadn’t warned me.
