I want to donate to this guy purely for the fact that he accepts PayPal. Though, I don’t know ANYTHING about him. This could be publicity for a movie.He could be dressing up for Halloween.It could be someone’s idea for a “viral” photograph. Who knows… Bah, I hate to sound pessimistic.
